Positioning 

Business-accelerator “Pulsar Venture” was created in 2009 as a service company, providing a wide range of consulting services, as for the investors as well as for the investment-seekers, creating conditions for the realization of innovation projects and developing science-intensive organizations. Upon formation of directions of activity  of the company  and the list of provided services best world practices were taken into account and cooperation (partnership) with the leading world professional associations was established. As a result with the attraction of specialists from the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan (IVFRT), as well as the Massachusetts  Institute of Technology (US) and GeorgiaTech (US) was developed proprietary unique program of startup acceleration.

Taking into account accumulated experience of organizing interaction between startups, business-angels and large investors, Kazan business-accelerator Pulsar Venture formed center for competencies in the field of technological entrepreneurship. Within the framework of the activity of the Center, search of potential objects for investment is carried out with the consequent presentation to the investors and business-angels, investment structuring is carried out, attracted to the startups. Functional addition to the aforementioned activities is complex packaging and acceleration of the startup development, which allows us to attract millions of dollars of investment of different genesis, totally providing successful start of companies on the market.

With the goal of increasing efficiency of work of packaging and promoting projects on the global markets in 2010 Pulsar Venture company opened its subsidiary on the basis of the leading scientific center in the United States – University of Maryland. This allows to significantly decrease costs of launching innovation companies to the international markets. In 2011 the US subsidiary became  a participant of the National association of Venture Capital in the United State, which served as the basis and successful start in the formation of the effective connection with the leading venture investors of Western and Eastern coast.

Activity of Pulsar Venture was awarded recognition in the field of professional businessmen. Particularly, on June, 23 in 2011 in Moscow within the framework of the annual conference “Entrepreneur as a leader in business and society” Pulsar Venture team received award in the nomination “Regional development of technological entrepreneurship”. Receiving award of such level testifies of professionalism of Pulsar Venture team, which also speaks of efficiency of business processes in providing consulting to the innovation companies and supported by certification of the quality management system in accordance with the requirement of the international standard ISo 9001:2008 beginning from 2010.
